About Theanna

Women are starting 7,000 businesses a day. The support hasn't caught up.

Women are leaving corporate in droves and building their own companies. But when it comes to actually getting started, finding your customer, building your product, going to market, there is nowhere to go.

Closing the gap for women.

I spent 15+ years in product leadership, helping teams ship at startups and Fortune 500 companies. I was Head of Product at an AI startup. I mentored at Techstars.

I watched brilliant women struggle to access the same networks and support that male founders take for granted. The tools to build have never been more accessible, but the knowledge to build a business around what you have built is still locked behind networks most women do not have access to.

So I built Theanna to close that gap.

The mission

We want more women to win.

Women founders are the underdogs. They receive 2% of venture capital. They're underestimated, under-resourced, and still outperforming. But building a company shouldn't require knowing the right people or being in the right zip code.

Theanna exists to give every woman founder the tools, structure, and community to go from idea to traction, regardless of where she's starting from. We don't just teach. We create the spaces where building actually happens.

Building in public

Because women deserve to see what building actually looks like.

Most of what women see about entrepreneurship is the highlight reel: the funding announcements, the polished launches, the overnight success stories. What they don't see is the messy middle, the failed experiments, the hard pivots, the revenue dips, and the real math behind the decisions.

We build Theanna in public because we believe transparency changes who gets to build. When women can see the real, honest process and not just the end result, they realize it isn't magic. It's work they can do too.

Every revenue number, every strategic decision, every mistake, we share it all. Because the more women see what building actually looks like, the more women will start building.
